Qualified candidates will be highly experienced in Civil Litigation, experience (or a desire to) leading and mentoring a team or group of attorneys, excellent client service and courtroom/trial/settlement skills. An additional requirement includes having a portable book of business (this is an ideal situation for a talented attorney who wants to bring their book to another firm where they can be supported, work collaboratively, and not have to deal with any of the administrative costs.)
The salary range for this opportunity is $150k - $175k (based on experience and book of business/revenue history) and includes a percentage of the business you bring in (TBD), medical benefits, 401k with Employer Contribution, and 3-weeks PTO.
