Our client, a growing, boutique firm providing complex, high-exposure property damage and construction-related litigation services, is looking to add a Civil Litigation Associate to their Islandia location.
Associates in this role have direct responsibility for case management, handling matters from pre-suit investigation through active litigation, including site inspections, expert coordination, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and direct client interaction. These cases include large-scale infrastructure and construction-related disputes, as well as complex property damage and subrogation claims.
